Ciambella alla panna


Buona domenica, oggi vorrei scacciare la malinconia con uno schiocco di dita! 

La ciambella è il dolce dell’infanzia per eccellenza siete d’accordo? Mia madre la preparava spesso, la ricordo con una montagna di zucchero a velo sopra. Era la mia torta preferita anche per festeggiare i compleanni, così come la sua collega TORTA MARGHERITA… bei tempi! 

La ricetta che vi propongo oggi non è quella classica ma posso garantirvi che ne vale comunque la pena!

CIAMBELLA ALLA PANNA

Ingredienti (stampo da 24 cm)
• 270 g farina 00

• 8 g lievito per dolci

• 160 g zucchero

• 3 uova medie

• 250 ml panna fresca*

• zucchero a velo q.b.


Procedimento
– Mettete tutti gli ingredienti nell’ordine come sopra, in un recipiente e amalgamate bene tutto con le fruste elettriche.
– Versate il composto in uno stampo a cerniera da 24 cm (va bene sia a ciambella che non), cuocete in forno ventilato preriscaldato a 180° per 30/35 minuti.
– Fate raffreddare e cospargete zucchero a velo come se piovesse!

L’idea di questa torta nasce dall’esigenza di consumare della panna fresca in scadenza ma nulla vi vieta di utilizzare *panna UHT anche zuccherata l’importante è diminuire la dose di zucchero prevista nella ricetta, da 160 a 110 g).
