Ciambella marmorizzata [in 5 minuti e senza burro]

Oggi ho acceso il forno per preparare il pranzo e non ho resisto alla tentazione di sfornare anche qualcosa di goloso. Non avevo molto tempo a mia disposizione ma questa ciambella esattamente come la torta al cioccolato pubblicata qualche tempo fa, si prepara in 5 minuti esatti e poi avevo proprio voglia di un dolce come quelli che mi preparava sempre la mia mamma, semplice e pieno di zucchero a velo che fa subito merenda, da notare la tovaglia anni ’80!!!

La ricetta base è tratta dal blog “Ho voglia di dolce”, io ho apportato qualche piccola modifica.

Ciambella marmorizzata
INGREDIENTI 
per uno stampo da 24 cm
250 g farina 00  
160 g zucchero
1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale
2 uova
80 g olio di semi
230 g latte
1 cucchiaino aroma vaniglia (o vanillina)
2 cucchiai di cacao
zucchero a velo q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO
1. Metti tutti gli ingredienti secchi (farina, zucchero, lievito, sale) in un recipiente e amalgama bene con una frusta.

2. Aggiungi le uova, l’olio, il latte e l’aroma vaniglia, ottenendo un composto abbastanza liquido e omogeneo.  
3. Imburra e infarina lo stampo, versaci dentro 3/4 del composto. 
 
4. Incorpora  accuratamente il cacao al composto rimanente e versa anche quello nello stampo, con una forchetta mischia leggermente i due composti.

5. Cuoci in forno ventilato preriscaldato a 180° per 25/30 minuti (fai sempre la prova stecchino). Fai raffreddare sulla gratella e cospargila di zucchero a velo.
