“Big frolla” la mia pastafrolla!


Un post super veloce per lasciarvi la ricetta di quella che io chiamo “Big frolla”, con questa quantità potete preparare due crostate per uno stampo da 26 cm e una trentina di biscotti.

Big frolla

INGREDIENTI  

4 uova
230 g zucchero
250 g burro freddo
900 g farina 00
8 g lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale 
1 cucchiaino essenza di vaniglia*

PROCEDIMENTO

1. In una ciotola con l’aiuto di una forchetta (o con un robot da cucina), mescola le uova con lo zucchero e l’aroma, aggiungi il burro a pezzetti e lavora brevemente.  

2. Aggiungi la farina, il sale e il lievito setacciato, impasta fino ad ottenere un panetto omogeneo, riponi in frigo con la pellicola per 30 minuti.
